Head of UK Regulatory and Compliance Solutions

Senior Vice President

Reporting to the Global Head of Compliance & Regulatory Solutions, this role is pivotal in delivering exceptional Compliance Solutions to Apex Group clients. The focus is on service delivery, growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

The role duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Drive commercial growth in the UK for Regulatory and Compliance products
  • Oversee client delivery of UK regulatory and compliance solutions
  • Collaborate with global counterparties and operation teams in the service locations.
  • Identify and develop emerging regulatory opportunities.
  • Optimise and execute the operating model for maximum efficiency.
  • Implement regulatory and financial technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Innovate and launch new regulatory products.
  • Promote Compliance Solutions within the broader Apex portfolio and market.
  • Provide regulatory horizon scanning through newsletters and thought leadership.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • UK Regulatory experience, preferably in a consultancy role
  • Certification in Compliance and/or Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
  • Relevant experience in the financial services sector.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of multi-jurisdictional AML regulations.
  • Demonstrated positive leadership.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
