Job Description & Summary
About the Role:
At PwC ETIC, we are building a future-ready workforce by investing in continuous learning and capability development. As a Senior Associate in the Skills & Learning team, you will play a key role in shaping, executing, and scaling upskilling initiatives for both internal teams and external academic partnerships.
You will work on designing impactful learning programs, managing strategic education alliances, and ensuring successful delivery of key talent initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Design & Management
- Design and implement high-impact learning programs aligned with the organization's strategic capacity building goals.
- Lead end-to-end execution of learning initiatives including planning, coordination, communications, and performance reporting.
- Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and vendor partnerships (where applicable) to ensure successful program delivery.
- Work closely with internal learning ambassadors, mentors, and external trainers to ensure quality learning delivery.
Learning Experience Design & Management
- Design engaging and inclusive learning experiences for technical and non-technical learners using modern instructional design methodologies.
- Collaborate with internal SMEs and tower leads to translate business needs into structured learning pathways, content, and delivery formats.
- Monitor learner feedback and program performance to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Use learning platforms (LMS) and digital tools to enhance accessibility, track progress, and optimize learner journeys.
???? Academic Alliances & University Relations
- Drive the design and delivery of student-focused initiatives including internships, career programs, field trips, and graduation projects.
- Co-lead flagship programs such as Jump Start Your Career, NextGen Internship Program, and collaborations with academic & research centers.
- Represent ETIC in academic events and engage with universities to build long-term strategic partnerships.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, EdTech, HR, Learning & Development, or related field.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in L&D, instructional design, or university/talent development partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of learning principles, instructional methodologies, and blended learning formats.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong communication and facilitation abilities.
- Experience working with LMS systems, content authoring tools, or digital learning platforms is a plus.
- A passion for learner success and a proactive, creative mindset.
Preferred Attributes:
- Background in tech or consulting organizations, or experience designing programs for technical learners.
- Design thinking or learner-centered design certifications (e.g. IDOL, ATD, LX Design) are a plus.
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset.
