Job Description
RBC ClearTM is a green-field cash management division within RBC. The RBC ClearTM ecosystem includes a Salesforce platform that is used by both front-office personas (Sales, Account Managers) and back-office personas (Operations/Client Services, Implementation Managers).
This role will manage a cross-functional, geographically-disparate engineering team, that utilizes agile practices to deliver a high-quality platform with frequent releases. The role requires experience partnering with various business and operations teams to elicit requirements to build & maintain a best-in-class Salesforce ecosystem.
We are looking for someone with thorough understanding of a Salesforce FSC-enabled ecosystem, with experience supporting sales & operations teams in financial services (preferably corporate banking). It also requires experience communicating with non-Salesforce platforms (Azure and on-prem) using APIs, events and Salesforce-specific tooling.
