The Position

了解当地流感管理和诊治体系，明确流感患者诊疗过程中的相关方并建立合作，共同提高流感诊疗规范化，提升抗病毒药物的规范使用，加强公众对流感的认知和治疗意识，帮助流感患者及时得到诊断和规范的抗病毒治疗

职位的首要职能

1. 理解当地流感管理和诊疗体系

• 根据当地流感疾病管理体系和政策，以及流感患者诊疗路径，并制定行动计划
• 筛选当地流感患者诊疗路径中有影响力和决策力的相关方，包括但不限于医院/疾病领域专家/疾病控制中心等

2. 与相关方建立合作，简化流感患者诊疗流程和规范流感诊治

• 与医院管理科室和相关临床科室合作，建设发热门诊，进一步规范流感患者诊疗路径
• 与疾病领域专家合作，加强流感相关学术建设，提升流感诊断和治疗规范化，包括抗病毒治疗的规范使用
• 与相关方合作，开展流感公众教育活动，提升公众流感鉴别和防治意识，提升流感及时就诊比例以及抗病毒治疗意识

3. 疾病领域专家维护与合作

• 根据品牌策略，制定与疾病领域专家的合作计划，并负责实施

传递医学信息，支持HCP正确使用

• 传递与流感/速福达相关的医学信息，帮助HCP了解速福达的特点以及支持正确使用

4. 保证药品在当地便利可及

• 通过与准入部门合作，进行医院开发或布局院外渠道，保证速福达在当地便利可及

岗位所需胜任力

工作年限

• 3年以上大型或合资制药企业销售/市场/医学/准入工作经验
• 优先有跨疾病领域/跨职能工作经验

教育程度/所获资格证书

• 本科及以上学历
• 优先医学、公共卫生或药学相关专业
