Summary

We are looking for a “Technical Project Manager for Electronic Warfare Systems (f/m/d)” for the “Spectrum Dominance System Engineering” department at the Ulm site as soon as possible.

The “Spectrum Dominance System Engineering” department develops customer solutions in the field of electronic surveillance and electronic countermeasures for airborne and land-based systems and is responsible for the design, implementation, integration and acceptance.

We are also involved in national and European committees and customer working groups, where we represent the industry side in order to conceptualize future system solutions and define development roadmaps in the field of electronic warfare.

Your Tasks

• Technical management of complex projects in the field of electronic warfare in the role of Development Project Manager or Technical Project Manager for airborne and land-based systems
• Planning, management and budget control of development, integration and qualification
• Responsibility for achieving milestones in terms of time, cost and quality
• Coordination of interdisciplinary teams and ensuring communication and cooperation between project teams, specialist departments, program areas and suppliers
• Designing innovative and future-proof reconnaissance and jamming systems against radars and radios
• Supporting the business line in the acquisition and preparation of offers for national and international programs

Your Profile

• Completed studies in the field of communications engineering, electrical engineering, physics, computer science or comparable
• Extensive experience in the technical management of complex development projects
• Practical experience in the field of electronic warfare, radar or communication advantageous
• Knowledge of systems engineering procedures and methods
• Efficient, results-oriented and responsible way of working
• Business fluent German and very good English skills
