WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Digital Experience Manager within BCG’s Design Studios, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing world-class digital marketing experiences primarily using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) but also well-versed in Adobe Experience Cloud, Oracle Marketing, HubSpot and others. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of campaign development — from email design and audience segmentation to journey orchestration and post-campaign analytics — ensuring best-in-class design, execution, and innovation across all digital touchpoints.
