Markets Learning Services Specialist: Offshore
Role Description:
The Learning Services Specialist (LSS) is responsible for overseeing, managing, and supporting the deployment, planning, delivery, and compliance of service line, sub-service line and markets curricula. This role involves active participation in cross-service-line learning initiatives and other key learning projects, ensuring alignment with the firm’s overall learning strategies. This role is pivotal in driving our learning and development initiatives, ensuring they align with our business objectives and enhance the skills and knowledge of our EY employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Management: Oversee and support the deployment, planning, and delivery of curricula.
Learning Operations: Manage various learning operations functions, including administration, vendor management, and client experience management.
Consultative Approach: Address business needs by collaborating with team members and leaders regularly. Consult on sourcing, developing, and managing the delivery of vendor-led learning and development programs as needed.
Project and Program Management: Lead, manage, or support learning and development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong, strategic relationships and foster collaboration with key stakeholders across the firm and with external providers to ensure effective program or project implementation.
Reporting and Analysis: Compile and analyze data from learning programs to generate insightful reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Development: Design and deploy high-impact learning initiatives that meet identified needs and proactively support the L&D strategy, Markets strategy, and broader firm strategic plan. Programs may be virtual or in-person, for groups or individuals.
Content Creation: Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and training manuals. Design impactful learning experiences by applying adult learning theories and best practices.
Communication: Craft clear and compelling communications to promote learning initiatives or other purposes as needed.
Business Acumen: Understand the operations and strategic goals of a professional business services firm to ensure learning programs are relevant and aligned with business objectives.
Teaming: Partner with the internal communications team to promote and build awareness of learning and development initiatives. Align and coordinate the strategic rollout of communication and training components of projects. Contribute to the L&D team’s knowledge, development, and use of innovative and digital learning techniques and tools, including strategic use of our learning management system. Support the program manager and learning leader as needed.
