  • Establish and maintain relationships with external suppliers, including suppliers from within Schneider Electric’s manufacturing sites.
  • Work with the appropriate internal stakeholders to prepare and submit comprehensive scope of works and technical specifications for suppliers to quote their rates and services.
  • Participate in supplier review and selection, and negotiate for optimal quality, costs and services that meet or exceed the required specifications.
  • Discuss with internal stakeholders about, monitor and improve suppliers’ performance.
  • Ensure the satisfaction of Schneider Electric’s internal customers relating to service and product quality.
  • Update Regional/ Global Purchasing team of supplier listing, contract details, and cost of ownership.


  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experiences, preferably in an Electrical/ Electronic products’ manufacturing environment
  • Candidates with SAP experiences will be prioritized.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and drive outcomes.
  • Customer service and quality oriented.
  • Good written and spoken English.
