Position Overview

As a Technical Writer you will create compelling, and clear documentation that enhances and accurately describes the company's products, enabling customers to effectively use and maximize product features and capabilities. Works with product, user experience, other engineering, and subject matter experts throughout product design and development to gather information and define documentation or illustration requirements.

Location: 3 days per week in the office en Katowice

  • Plans, writes, and edits technical API documentation and graphics illustration for Software that has complex features or components.
  • Conducts interviews with various users and technical staff to gather data for documentation to ensure correct understanding.
  • Researches and translates technical information into manuals and/or web-based documents for non-technical and technical users.
  • Work is regularly directed by management or more experienced team members.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Technical Writing.
  • Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects that are less complex in scope.
  • Must have a logical and analytical mindset with a solution-based approach with our Retail Product Documentation.
  • Must be highly process-oriented and have an Agile mindset.
  • Good to have experience with Git-based repositories, SwaggerHub, and Atlassian Tools.
  • Ability to comprehend complex technical information and translate it into a user-friendly document.
