The purpose of this role is to conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies to be realised through events – both in person and online. This role will organise and oversee all aspects of each event from planning, communications – internal and external, promotions, creative, comms, lead generation and reporting.
Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
Oversees conference venue logistics, both prior to and during events (including scheduling, use of space, conference setup, vendor management, AV services, catering, etc)
Leads all event planning and production meetings and discussions
Develops, in conjunction with the Event Marketing Manager/Director, and executes event marketing strategies and tactics for in-person and virtual meetings, including the creation of external and internal communications
Drives lead generation and determines return on investment for various marketing events
