Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Associate, Media Planning for one of dentsu's largest accounts based in New York City, NY. You will report into the Senior Manager, Planning. You must demonstrate working knowledge of the media space, specifically National Linear TV Planning and available media research and systems. You will assist with daily account needs by conducting reporting, sending email updates and assisting in strategy efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning and strategizing primarily Linear National TV media campaigns
• Coordinate with creative agencies on creative assets and accounts needs
• Coordinate with multi-channel teams to create strategic and thoughtful integrated media plans across channels.
• Communicate with clients via email on questions and specific media plans
• Evaluate timelines and manage daily deliverables
• Help to analyze competitive landscapes, pulling reports using agency tools and compiling insights
• Help manage a large Media Budget and Flowchart
• Assist in guiding media channel selection and identify new opportunities

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in media planning with at least 6 months of planning National Linear TV
• Relevant media planning and buying experience across channels
• Familiar with Media Ocean, DDS, Nielsen Ad Intel, Pathmatics, Media Tools, Web Analytics, Ad Servers, and/ or other media tools

DESIRED, NOT REQUIRED:

• Experience working on a Personal Care/ Grooming Client

The annual salary range for this position is 62K- 84K . Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
