Lead Analyst, Product Management


Job Summary

Broadridge is growing. We are seeking a Lead Analyst, Product Management to join our Newark, NJ team. In this role, your primary objective is to oversee and lead business initiatives that are larger in scope and complexity and communicate critical achievements to all partners. You will ensure initiatives are executed for optimum results and correct course when necessary. You will work with multiple lines of businesses within Broadridge. You will report to Vice President of Product Management - Business Initiatives.

  • You will execute against business initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal/external clients to understand business needs, meet project goals and deadlines
  • You'll ensure teams understand the business requirements
  • Track record of meetings, critical breakthroughs and commitments
  • You will craft and implement solutions to address any issues
  • Compile, prepare and present project summaries for management/senior leaders
  • You will drive crucial conversations and influence across a matrixed team
  • May be required to participate in smaller projects such as a client assessment or launch and to assist others with regulatory or client specific projects
  • Revenue growth and expense reduction
  • Sales and Marketing support with presentations, demos, webinars and expert knowledge discussions of the projects supported
  • Conversion oversight and support
  • Participate in Industry forums (monitoring for regulatory change and industry initiatives)


  • 5+ years of experience within the brokerage industry required
  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Prior work experience in Matrix management and assignments on cross functional teams preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or Finance highly preferred
  • Ability to achieve results with flawless execution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication details
  • Ability to meet deadlines with expected overtime during the week as well on weekends as required
  • Ability to travel in order to meet client obligations and complete training
