Proposed missions : Within ATR's Quality Department, you will join the Customer Support Quality team. This team's mission is to act as the Quality interface for the Customer Services & Support department (Sourcing, Repair, Front Office, Back Office, Kitting, etc.). The main mission of this work-study program will be to improve and develop communication channels to promote Quality Support both internally and with our partners/suppliers, our logistics provider, and our customers.

Activities

To promote Quality Support, it will be necessary to have a good understanding of the organization, the various daily contacts, and their interactions. The main tasks of this work-study internship:

• Review and improve existing indicators and reporting
• Create analytical tools for recurring partner/supplier issues
• Develop other communication tools to promote Quality Support activities.

This internship is designed for you

We are seeking candidates with the following experience and skills:

• 4/5 years of higher education (Bac +4/5 years of higher education)
• Knowledge/skills in quality and communication tools
• Advanced proficiency in office software (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of SAP would be a plus
• Dynamism, rigor, and interpersonal skills.

Language skills:

English: Intermediate level at minimum

French: Fluent

Calendar

Starting in September 2025

The internship duration could be between 1 and 3 years (depending on the school)

How does the recruitment process work?

• Au sein de la Direction Qualité d’ATR, vous rejoindrez l’équipe Qualité Support Client. Cette équipe a pour mission d’être l’interface Qualité pour le département Customer Services & Support (Sourcing, Repair, Front Office, Back Office, Kitting …).
• La principale mission de cette alternance sera d’améliorer et de développer les moyens de communication afin de promouvoir la Qualité Support aussi bien en interne qu’auprès de nos partenaires/fournisseurs, notre prestataire logistique et nos clients.

Activités

Afin de promouvoir la Qualité Support, il sera nécessaire de bien appréhender, l’organisation, les différents interlocuteurs quotidiens et d’en comprendre les interactions.

Les principales missions de ce stage en alternance :

• Revoir et améliorer les indicateurs et reporting existants
• Créer des outils d’analyse sur la récurrence des problématiques partenaires/ fournisseurs
• Développer d’autres moyens de communication afin de promouvoir l’activité qualité support.

Profil

Nous recherchons des candidats ayant les expériences et les compétences suivantes :

• Formation Bac +4/5
• Connaissances / compétences en qualité et outils de communication
• Maîtrise avancée des outils de bureautique (notamment Excel et Powerpoint)
• La connaissance de l’outil SAP serait un plus
• Dynamisme, rigueur et aisance relationnelle.

Compétences linguistiques :

anglais : intermédiaire minimum

français : courant.

Durée de l'alternance entre 1 an et 3 ans (suivant les écoles)
