岗位职责:
1、大型工装公司,新战略开发,目标2家/年。
说明:1)大型工装公司,指总包/机电安装/精装修单位,国/央企或民营全国排名前20企业。
2)目标客户,如中建三、五局,则局级或二级单位;如中铁建工,则其区域公司,视为目标客户单位
3)通过公开招投标或邀标,或竞争性谈判,达成战略采购协议(有产品清单)或框架协议(无产品清单)。
2、24年签约的工装集采,维护。
说明:1)二级和三级单位的拜访,25年达成40%,26年累计70%,27年累计90%;
2)竞品动向收集,包括销售策略,产品策略,商务策略,以便及时应对;
3)项目信息收集,pipeline储备、过程管理及重点项目销售支持。
4) 持续更新 KA客户销售雷达图。
3、新经销商的开发和孵化。
说明:1)集采前,潜在合作对象的收集、梳理、甄别和协助打KA;
2) 集采KA签约后,新经销商开发;
3)新经销商帮扶孵化,尤其异业经销商的培训、带教。
4)协调新经销商与KA客户、老经销商的磨合
4、其他重点集采客户,协助打单
