Strategic reporting, technical expertise, client impact!
You will join the Report Experts team as part of the One Report program, a key initiative that supports Customer Service Managers (RSC) and Service Delivery Managers (SDM) in producing customized, high-value reports for our major clients.
Your Mission?
Be the technical reference on advanced reporting topics, particularly on complex Excel tools, VBA macros, and automation. You will play a central role between operational needs, client expectations, and the quality and performance requirements of deliverables.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Design, maintain, and optimize automated reporting using Excel & Visual Basic.
- Analyze the needs of RSC/SDM and co-create readable, reliable, and business-oriented dashboards.
- Implement robust solutions to automate recurring tasks, enhancing efficiency and reliability.
- Provide expert support on existing reporting tools.
- Participate in the evolution of the unified reporting strategy within the One Report program.

Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of BI reporting tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau…) is appreciated but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with non-technical profiles.
