Support, resolve, streamline!

You will join a team at the heart of the operational daily activities of our FOPS/CS/CARE sectors.

Your Mission?

Be the primary contact for field teams when they encounter blockages in their tool ecosystem. This ecosystem is rich and complex, with a multitude of information, portals, interfaces, and access rights to manage.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Handle incidents reported by operational staff, whether related to tools or access to client portals (service perimeter access, rights management, display malfunctions, etc.).
  • Analyze, qualify, resolve, or redirect incidents methodically and pedagogically.
  • Assist users clearly, simplifying problems and their solutions.
  • Document responses and enrich the knowledge base for future reference.
  • Serve as the human link between functional and technical teams, as well as between business and IT teams.

Technical Skills:

  • You have a good understanding of IT (collaborative tools, access management, business applications).
  • You are comfortable with incident and request management (ITSM).
  • You can read, understand, and navigate complex systems.
  • Experience in a multi-tool/multi-interface environment is a significant plus.
  • Knowledge of FOPS environments or production activities would be ideal.
