Within IRPMA Code of Practice, clients compliance and company i-HCP regulation, develop brand plan and lead brand plan execution to align with clients, sales team and cross-functions departments for business objectives achievement.
General Responsibilities
Develop marketing strategy to achieve annual sales target assigned by the company/client
Propose annual advertisement & promotional budget and implement tactics to achieve business objectives
Engage sales team with adequate resources allocation to develop regional plans and maximize business opportunities
Develop key opinion leaders to strengthen the engagement with targeted medical societies / associations
Monitor market dynamics and adjust plans accordingly to anticipate future trends and increase competitive advantages
Identify opportunities of patient journey for assigned portfolio and align internal & clients' resources to improve adoption ladder
Functional Skills and Knowledge
Read well and speak fluent in English, can directly communicate overseas business as well
Have experiences in handling overseas shipment, rolling forecast and inventory management are better
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the industry / market / competitors / customers
Demonstrate knowledge and a proven sales track record in assigned products/services/systems and an existing network of contacts
Demonstrate knowledge of regulatory requirements of products within assigned territories, including handling procedures, shelf life, warranties, etc.
Demonstrate negotiation skills & advanced research and analytical skills
Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

High emotional intelligence
Education
Bachelor above, major in Pharmacy or Medical Science related; MBA is a plus
Work experience
2 years' sales and marketing in pharmaceutical company
Work experience in hospital and clinics business is preferred
