General Summary:

As a Support Engineer at Qualcomm, you will significantly contribute to our product improvement and work with other Engineers to sustain aspects of our product development life cycle. Support Engineers will also play a critical role in resolving technical system issues that promote product reliability. You will have endless opportunities to learn and grow in the Engineering development space.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.

OR

Associate's degree and 1+ year of technical or related work experience.

OR

High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of technical or related work experience.

Job Overview:

Executes plans of record, including: schedules, resources, deliverables, and risks. Monitors and drives the project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders across functions on technical matters, as needed. Monitors on-time delivery, and achievement of project milestones. Represents APAC PTE and drives alignment across stakeholders.

Level of Responsibility:

• Working under some supervision
• Record and track project milestones
• Maintain and update presentation templates, documentation, meeting tracking as needed
• Using verbal and written communication skills to convey information that may be somewhat complex to others who may have limited knowledge of the subject in question. May require basic negotiation, cooperation, tact, and diplomacy, etc.
• Completing tasks with multiple steps that can be performed in various orders; some planning and prioritization must occur to complete the tasks effectively; mistakes may result in some rework.

Minimum Qualifications 2+ years experience in Project analysis and/or Administration including:

• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications - Proactive, self-motivated, strong organizational skills

• Strong team player
• Experience with Qualcomm EzER, MarkView, iProq is a plus
• Experience with using SharePoint and Salesforce is a plus
• Having analytical skills will be an added advantage

Education Requirements Preferred - Bachelor's, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMO, PMP, Agile Methodology, or Six Sigma Project Management Certification.
• 1+ years of project management experience or related work experience.
• 1+ year of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
• 1+ year of working with operating budgets, resources, and/or project financials.
• 1+ year of experience working with project tools: Agile, ERP/Oralce, Asset Management and procurement.
• 1+ year of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
