Contracts Management/Management Analyst III
Location: New Castle, De
Schedule: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week
Pay Rate: $25 - $30 per hour depending on experience.
Job Summary:
As a Contracts Management/Management Analyst III, you will play a critical role in managing and analyzing complex contracts and agreements to ensure compliance, efficiency, and optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, negotiating, and monitoring agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies
- Analyze contract data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, cost savings, and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for enhancing contract management processes
- Provide expert-level guidance and recommendations to agency leadership on contract-related matters
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to continuously improve the agency's contracting capabilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or business analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively
- Proficiency in contract management software and data analysis tools
- Certification in Contract Management or Project Management is preferred- Minimum of 3 years in compiling analyzing and reporting on financial data to ensure effective and efficient accounting of funds to make porjections for financial planning
Working Conditions:
This position is based in our New Castle, Delaware office and requires regular business hours, with occasional evening or weekend work as needed to meet project deadlines. The work environment is a professional office setting, with some travel within the local area required.
