The Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD) team is seeking a data-driven, customer-obsessed, and visionary Senior Program Manager to drive the day-to-day operations of the Multi-Channel Distribution (MCD) program and accelerate its growth through strategic channel partnerships and operational excellence.
MCD is at the forefront of optimizing our supply chain capabilities to support off-Amazon distribution, enabling seamless inventory management and fulfillment across various sales channels. This strategic product is at the center of Supply Chain by Amazon, a key initiative to offer Amazon’s logistics solutions to sellers to help them streamline their supply chain, save cost, and grow their business by easily reaching millions of customers in marketplaces worldwide.
Our vision is to become the preferred multi-channel distribution partner for businesses globally, creating a white-glove experience that transforms how partners work with Amazon into an enjoyable and efficient process at every step. We aim to build a suite of innovative solutions that empower our partners with complete confidence in their end-to-end supply chain, offering 360-degree transparency into product performance, inventory location, and cost-saving opportunities while driving exponential business growth.
This Senior Program Manager will be responsible for managing the UAT/Pilot Programs for MCD features, working closely with top off-Amazon sales channels to drive MCD growth, and implementing programmatic and analytical infrastructure to measure and report on operational quality and partner experience. The role requires frequent field visits to partner channels and our sites to ensure hands-on understanding and optimization of our processes.
The successful candidate will be exceptional at working backwards from our partners to understand their journey, skilled at communicating with cross-functional, global business leaders, and possess strong business judgment and analytical capabilities. They should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, along with the capacity to develop original approaches and operational improvements.
