In this position...

This role drives innovation and ensures excellence in driveline systems. You'll collaborate with engineers, suppliers, and manufacturing to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions that meet customer needs. You'll also lead quality improvement initiatives, analyzing warranty claims, implementing corrective actions, and working cross-functionally to elevate product quality.

What you'll do...

• Lead the development of innovative driveline technology to meet the evolving needs of our programs and customers.
• Collaborate with a team of talented engineers, suppliers, and manufacturing professionals to bring new technologies to life.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content through meticulous planning and execution.
• Champion quality improvement initiatives by analyzing warranty claims, implementing containment strategies, and driving corrective design actions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, interfacing systems, and FCSD teams to effectively implement quality improvements throughout the product lifecycle.

• Has a strong foundation in engineering and a deep understanding of related engineering principles.

You'll have...

Bachelor of Science in Engineering (required).

5 years of proven experience in Design & Release (D&R) processes in the Driveline field.

2+ years working knowledge of engineering tools and methodologies including FMEA, DVP, BOM, and GPD.

Even better, you may have...

Master of Science in Engineering.

Demonstrated proficiency with engineering tools such as WERs and Team Center.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills for effectively conveying technical information to diverse audiences.

This position is a range of salary grades SG5-SG8.
