Corporate Cash Management is a key product within Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Bank. The team, located in Milan, support large corporate clients (Italian and subsidiaries of international MNCs) and Bank’s international network on cross-border and domestic business. Corporate Cash Management offers products and solutions for every stage of a client’s treasury needs working closely both on local and global relationship.

Responsibilities:

The Client Services Analyst is responsible for retaining and growing a dedicated portfolio of clients, acting as point of contact for service issues, and the overall level of service provided to clients. Within a highly-experienced Client Service team you will:

  • Provide proactive service engagement with customers, looking for opportunities to improve the service efficiency as well as responding to Corporate Cash Management related queries.
  • Conduct regular client reviews from a service delivery perspective
  • Provide detailed, timely and up to date information on client relationships, highlighting issues as appropriate.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of ongoing service improvement initiatives in response to clients’ needs, whilst supporting the achievement of the Bank/Function’s objectives.

  • Ability to contribute to the success of the team.
  • Degree in Economics or Law.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tool.
