Your key responsibilities

• Accurate, complete and timely Project entry and updates.
• Track Project progress, aligning deliverables and deadlines across Teams.
• Coordinate all sample requests. Complete all assigned Project tasks.
• Drive on time completion of Projects.
• Support Sales in Customer activities and meetings.
• Contact for Customer questions on Project timelines, sample status and documents.

You bring

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of one year experience in a project coodination or sales support role, preferably in a fragrance, flavor or consumer goods company.
• Strong organizational skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite. Experience in SAP a plus.
• You should have a sense of ownership, delivering results that matter and contribute significantly to our success.
• Having a spirit of curiosity, embracing new challenges and pioneering innovative solutions that drive positive change.
