We are seeking a dynamic and organized Program and Learning Coordinator to lead and manage various educational and developmental initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following
Responsible for building, maintaining, and nurturing relationships with a company's community of customers, users, or fans. Their role can vary depending on the organization, but typically includes several key responsibilities:
1. Engagement: Actively engaging with the community on social media, forums, or other platforms to foster relationships and encourage participation.
2. Content Creation: Developing and sharing content that resonates with the community, including blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters to keep the community informed and engaged.
3. Moderation: Ensuring a safe and respectful environment by moderating discussions, handling disputes, and enforcing community guidelines.
4. Feedback: Collecting feedback from the community to understand their needs and concerns, and providing insights to
5. the product development and customer service teams.
6. Event Planning: Organizing and hosting community events, webinars, or meet-ups to foster real-world connections and further engage the community.
7. Reporting: Monitoring community metrics and reporting on engagement, sentiment, or growth to assess the effectiveness of community strategies.
8. Advocacy: Acting as an advocate for the community within the organization, ensuring their voices are heard and that their interests are represented.
Overall, a community manager plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between an organization and its community, ensuring a positive and active community experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Candidates must be skilled in writing as they will be writing newsletters, updating content in the Sharepoint site, engaging via written communication with a variety colleagues to create awareness of webinars, meet ups and other events to foster a community amongst architects across the organization. They must have the ability to listen to feedback, moderate discussions in various forums while also creating engagement across various communication mediums.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr.
