Responsibilities

Team Introduction: TikTok is seeking an experienced Product Manager to develop ads platform products that streamline the ad creation process and improve the overall user journey. This role will focus on enhancing the workflow within TikTok Ads Manager, specifically supporting both Content & Service verticals, including performance ads product such as App ads and Lead ads. You will work on optimizing the ads trafficking experience to meet the needs of advertisers within these verticals, driving efficiency, performance and growth on the platform. Responsibilities: - Lead the development and optimization of features within TikTok Ads Manager, focusing on improving the ads creation and reporting for performance ads verticals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges, define product strategies, and set objectives that align with the needs of Content & Service advertisers. - Leverage customer feedback, user research, competitor research and data analytics to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement in the ad creation process. - Stay up-to-date with ad tech trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to keep TikTok at the forefront of advertising solutions. - Track and analyze key product metrics to inform product decisions and drive iterative improvements to the ads platform.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - BA/BS degree. - 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, managing full product cycles, integrating customer feedback, and driving prioritization. - Strong knowledge of the online advertising ecosystem, including ad creation, optimization, and bidding. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to guide product decisions and improve performance. - Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and other teams. - Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex product concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience as a PM, building and launching ad interface or platform products. - An understanding of performance ads, particularly within Content and Service verticals such as app ads, lead generation, gaming, and entertainment. - Experience in fast-paced environments, particularly within startups or rapidly evolving industries.
