Job Title: Director Incident Analysis (multiple openings)

Duties: Provides oversight and tactical direction throughout the incident resolution cycle to ensure that problems are fixed at the source and customers are remediated in a manner consistent with regulations, company policies, business goals and organizational risk appetite. Evaluates team performance (including both speed and quality), identifies opportunities for improvement, prioritizes initiatives and holds team accountable for continuous improvement. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Analytics or a related field, and 10 years of experience in the job offered or in an Analytics-related occupation.
Position required skills: Position requires experience in the following: Generate business insights and reporting using data analysis technologies like SQL, MS-Excel, and Tableau from various enterprise data sources and platforms: Technology Operation methods including problem management, incident management, change management, financial management utilizing industry standards such as ITIL; Developing analytical frameworks through business case management using frameworks like TOGAF and IT-CMF; Defining strategic and operational governance of technology organization using frameworks like COBIT; SDLC management with frameworks and technologies including Java, JavaScript, C, and SQL for Consumer Banking technology and SAFE Agile product management methodologies; and Cross Functional People leadership methods including business technology roadmaps, resource planning, program and project economics, stakeholder management, recruitment and mentorship of teams/professionals; 4 years of people management is also required.
Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program
Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $196,123.00 to $255,000.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
