Children’s Wisconsin is seeking an experienced leader to join our Human Resources team to serve as the Manager, Analytics & Reporting for Workday. The leader in this role will work In partnership with HRIS, Information Services, Finance and Supply Chain and will provide oversight and management for Workday/ERP reporting, including report development standards, processes and governance. The leader will work closely and is aligned with overall Workday governance. Additionally, they will collaborate with other analytics and business intelligence teams including BIDW to support the development and implementation of system-wide reporting and analytical tools. This role is responsible for ensuring analytical projects and deliverables align with overall strategy and provides measurable business impact. Additionally this leader will serve as the workforce analytics expert and is the point of contact when setting direction and assessing progress.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, economics or information technology, or related field.
  • Typically requires 10 years of experience in human resources specific data analytics and the development of user-friendly data visualization tools that assist Human Resources and operational leaders in identifying critical workforce issues and opportunities.
  • Complex systems knowledge across the majority of the following functional areas: Human Resources, Position Management, Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Succession Planning, Compensation.
  • Demonstrated advanced level experience diagnosing, isolating, and resolving issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge of HR, financial and operational functions related to workforce analytics projects and the ability to navigate the organization and collaborate with other stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated advanced-level project management skills to deliver insights to HR partners and executive leaders.
  • Ability to see the big picture and identify opportunities to improve, streamline or merge processes.
  • Advanced level skills in database management - Strong ability to read/write SQL queries.
  • Advanced level knowledge of and use of data visualization tools.
  • Working knowledge of advanced statistics.
  • Demonstrated ability to dissect and analyze new data sources.
  • Expert level skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex information and identify root causes/underlying themes.
  • Strong consultative skills - Asking the right questions and translating complicated concepts into simple terms.
