Job Description
What you’ll do:
The Monitoring & Diagnostic Analyst is responsible for providing advanced condition monitoring and analysis of data important to the safe, reliable and efficient operation of critical power plant systems, components and processes. The M&D Center will use advanced pattern recognition software to identify and analyze potential failures and degradation anomalies. The Analyst duties include accessing, trending, monitoring and analyzing data from the data historian and the Advanced Pattern Recognition (APR) software. Report findings to plant management teams and develop positive working relationships to discuss findings and resolutions. The Analyst will assist power plant operators in identifying problems and offer possible solutions to operating problems.

The Physical Demand Level for this job is: S – Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently.
