Join our dynamic sales team as a Business and Data Analyst, where your analytical skills will shine! You will collect, clean, and analyze sales data from various sources, including Salesforce, to uncover trends and opportunities for improvement. Invent developing insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI that drive sales performance and inform strategic decisions. Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams, you will provide data-driven recommendations that align with our organizational goals. Your work will not only enhance our decision-making processes but also supply to our overall success.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze sales data from various sources, including Salesforce, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain regular sales reports, business reviews and dashboards using Power BI that provide insights into sales performance, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Performance Metrics: Establish and track sales performance metrics, providing insights to sales leadership on areas of strength and opportunities for growth.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations that align with organizational goals.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify competitive trends, customer preferences, and potential areas for expansion.
• Data Visualization: Develop engaging visualizations and presentations with Power BI to share insights and suggestions with collaborators across the organization.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data collection, reporting, and analysis efficiency.
• Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed to support central initiatives and business decisions.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and data management practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques is a plus.
