About The Role

The People Resource Coordinator should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the people department and the organization.

What You Get To Do Everyday

  • Payroll management. Follow up to ensure correction of PTO Pay issues, Timesheet issues, Reimbursement with AP, Bonus payout.
  • Follow up with job change request forms/People Operations related matters
  • Conduct Exit Interviews for non-management employees.
  • Schedule Exit Interviews manager and above for PBP’s
  • Workday analytics. Run reports and help to assess/ provide insight based on the needs of the business.
  • Redirect HR related issues to the appropriate person of the team
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (training attendance, exit interviews etc.) in the database.
  • Assist supervisors in performance management procedures
  • Schedule meetings, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars
  • Keep track of onboarding/offboarding and update records with new hires
  • Produce and submit reports from namely/Workday as needed
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback
  • Coordinate and prepare documents for furloughed employees as necessary
  • Prepare workers comp cases.
  • Health Check form follow up.

What You Bring To The Role

  • Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
  • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)
  • Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems Namely/Workday
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Good organizational and time management skills

The expected salary range for this role is $55,000.00-$65,000.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
