Description:Lockheed Martin’s Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) Division is seeking an Integration and Test Senior Manager for the Strike Systems programs. In this role you will report to the Enterprise Integration and Test Senior Manager and support the Strike Systems chief engineers. You will be part of the Integration, Test, and Evaluation directorate. Our team is planning and executing all program scope within integration and test including verification planning and execution, sub-component, component, subsystem, system level integration and test and product qualification.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for driving the common approach and implementing best practices for integration and test, in alignment with Engineering Excellence. Leveraging your experiences to ensure test rigor and optimal test approaches contribute to missions success of integration and test activities. You’ll support the transformation initiatives of the IT&E departments in the performance for integration and test activities that include Model Based implementation, digital engineering, and critical thinking approaches to verification that utilize emerging capabilities. Additionally, you’ll manage subordinate leaders and support Strike Systems chief engineering with integration and test technical approach, planning, and execution.

Experience leading and chairing Test Readiness and Pre-Ship Readiness Reviews.
Experience with the full hiring process (tools, recruiter interaction, hiring process) and with the separation process (normal resignation/separations and with HR assisted processes).
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
