As our Cybersecurity Expert (f/m/d), you will support cybersecurity activities for Digital Grid. With your expertise, you will consult and support global and multicultural portfolio’s, R&D’s, and projects’ teams to design and implement the best-fitted cybersecurity architectures and technologies while keeping cost-aware. You will be part of a great and larger Cybersecurity community both at Grid Technologies and Siemens Energy, where you will have the opportunity to exchange and grow through best practice sharing with your peers as well as specialized training. Located in Split or Zagreb (Croatia), you will be a part of the team of Pro Integris d.o.o. who is the 100% Siemens Energy subsidiary/legal entity.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop advanced protection concepts of OT and IT security in current development project (e.g. based on ISO 27001, IEC62443, NIST)
• Coach and support project teams through all steps of the product lifecycle and contribute to security related activities such as e.g., Threat & Risk Analysis, project classifications, architecture review, Penetration Testing
• Continuously assess cyber risks and propose adequate mitigations, including governance and processes improvements when deemed necessary
• Monitor and report on implementation of governance agreed strategy and Industrial Cybersecurity maturity
• Stay updated on changes in legislation and regulations, particularly the EU Cyber Resilience Act, NIST, and the US Executive Order, and ensure compliance of our products
• Implementation and design of technical solutions according to the highest cybersecurity standards and principles, designing and writing project documentation

What You Bring

• Degree or equivalent professional experience in computer science, cybersecurity, electronics, cybernetics, or a related field.
• Several years of experience with at least one year in a specialized role related to Cybersecurity and proven experience in IT / OT cybersecurity architectures and technologies.
• Broad understanding of product lifecycle management and secure development processes; familiarity with security standards and regulations such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST, NERC CIP are an advantage.
• Certification in cybersecurity is an advantage e.g., CISSP, LI ISO 27001, GIAC GCIP, GIAC GICSP, GIAC GPEN, GIAC GCFA, CySa+ or similar.
• Familiar with Windows Server operating system and Microsoft whitelisting and blacklisting solutions as well as Syslog and SNMP protocols. Strong knowledge of AD, NPS, and GPO and Automated patch management as well as Certificate management experience.
• Proficient in written, verbal, and presentation skills in English, knowledge of German and Croatian is an advantage.
