Talent Acquisition Specialist EMEA at Jack Link's EMEA in Amsterdam

Joining our HR team as the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving our recruitment strategy for our locations in the Netherlands, Germany, and the United Kingdom. You'll be the go-to person for finding, engaging, and securing top talent who will contribute to our continued growth and success.

Reporting to the Talent and L&D Manager, this is your chance to make a real impact and build a world-class team.

In this role, you’ll:

• Take full ownership of the complete recruitment lifecycle, from crafting compelling job postings and implementing effective sourcing strategies to conducting insightful interviews and expertly managing offers.
• Leverage a diverse toolkit of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and your own powerful network, to proactively identify and attract both active and passive top talent.
• Ensure every candidate interaction is positive, professional, and efficient, providing clear communication, timely feedback, and a genuine connection that reflects our awesome company culture.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers across various departments, understanding their unique talent needs and providing expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of your strategies, identify areas for continuous improvement, and provide insightful reports on recruitment activity and performance to stakeholders.
• Be an ambassador for the Jack Link's brand, showcasing our unique culture, values, and exciting opportunities to attract the best talent in the market.

You’ll bring:

• Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Business Management, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• A solid foundation with at least 2 years of agency-side recruitment experience and at least 2 years of corporate recruitment experience, ideally within a fast-paced, international organization.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are a must. Proficiency in Dutch or German is a significant plus!
• A natural ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven proficiency in utilizing ATS (ideally SmartRecruiters) and other cutting-edge recruitment tools.
• A strong understanding of employment law and best practices in recruitment.
• You are proactive, results-oriented, and a true team player with a can-do attitude.
