Duties and Responsibilities
a) Support the project team to ensure effective project planning and implementation focusing on achievement of the following results:
b) Support to the effective reporting on progress of project implementation
c) Provides administrative support to the Project Management Unit focusing on achievement of the following results
training/study tours, authorization of payments, disbursement of funds, procurement of equipment and services, security compliance, etc.
d) Support strategic partnerships, communications, and support to the implementation of resource mobilization
e) Support knowledge building and knowledge sharing focusing on achievement of the following results
f) The incumbent of the position should avoid any kind of discriminatory behavior including gender discrimination and ensure that
g) The incumbent performs other duties within their functional profile as deemed necessary for the efficient functioning of the Office and the Organization.
Institutional Arrangement
The Project Clerk works under the general supervision of Project Manager and collaborates closely with the operations, programme and project staff in UNDP Indonesia, as required.

Required Skills and Experience
Min. Academic Education
Secondary education is required.
University degree (Bachelor’s degree) in finance, administration, management, social study or other related field will be given due consideration, but it is not requirement.
Min. years of relevant Work experience
Minimum 4 years (with High School) or 1 year (with bachelor’s degree) of professional experience in administrative tasks
Required skills and competencies
Fully computer literate (MS Office);
Demonstrated keen interest in the workof the UN;
Demonstrated the ability to successfully interact with individuals from different cultural backgrounds and beliefs which include willingness to try and understand and betolerant of different opinions and views.
Good interpersonal skills.
Full time availability for project management support duties is essential
