O(A) Analista de Engajamento Médico Jr será responsável por dar suporte ao processo de engajamento com profissionais de saúde, atuando em todas as etapas deste fluxo, desde a contratação do serviço até o fechamento do evento com todos os parâmetros atendidos.

Atuará no manuseio das plataformas utilizadas pelo processo, assegurando a execução dentro dos critérios de Compliance da organização contribuindo para atingir os objetivos esperados.

Esse cargo dá a VOCÊ a oportunidade de participar de atividades chave para progredir na SUA carreira, algumas delas são:

• Garantir a operação dos sistemas internos (Cadastro dos clientes, criação dos eventos, acompanhamento dos pagamentos, entre outros);
• Conduzir o processo de pagamento aos profissionais assegurando as regras estabelecidas nas políticas;
• Apoiar as monitorias locais e globais do processo;
• Dar suporte às áreas de Marketing, Força de Vendas e times envolvidos no processo.

Estamos à procura de pessoas/profissionais com essas características para alcançar nossos objetivos:

• Formação completa em Administração de Empresas, Marketing, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas;
• Experiência prévia nas rotinas administrativas;
• Conhecimentos avançados no Pacote Office (Word, Power Point), com ênfase em Excel (Tabelas Dinâmicas, PROCV entre outras funções);
• Conhecimento intermediário em Power BI;
• Inglês Intermediário (desejável).

Seu diferencial:

• Pós-Graduação ou MBA em Processos;
• Experiência prévia com Administração de Vendas, Customer Service e pagamento de clientes/fornecedores.
