Manufacturing Manager, Technical – 3rd shift

How You'll Create Possibilities

As a key leader in our manufacturing operations, you will:

  • Lead with Purpose: Guide cross-functional teams in maintenance, operations, material handling, and more, ensuring alignment with plant goals.
  • Drive Excellence: Improve safety, quality, and operational metrics while championing efficiency and cost savings.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Utilize production boards to monitor performance, solve problems, and implement innovative solutions.
  • Own the Process: Standardize work, maintain 5S standards, and support TPM initiatives for seamless operations.
  • Foster Growth: Mentor team members, develop future leaders, and uphold a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Oversee Facility Systems: Manage lighting, HVAC, electrical systems, and other critical infrastructure, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Ensure Quality: Work cross-functionally to maintain defect-free products and resolve production challenges.
  • Promote Safety: Champion a safety-first culture and enforce compliance across the value stream.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, or Industrial Engineering OR equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 1–2 years in maintenance, mechanical, or equipment engineering.
  • Hands-on expertise with automation equipment, vision cameras, and 6-axis robots (Fanuc preferred)

Preferred:

  • 5+ years in maintenance, mechanical, or equipment engineering.
  • Understanding of high-speed manufacturing automation.
