About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cards Product Lead to drive the growth and development of our Commercial Cards business within the Institutional Banking segment. The role requires a deep understanding of corporate card solutions, payments ecosystems, and commercial banking client needs. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies to enhance our cards proposition, drive portfolio growth, and improve customer experience across multiple markets in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Development
- Implement a regional commercial cards strategy aligned with the bank’s regional commercial banking objectives.
- Develop innovative card products and payment solutions to address working capital, expense management, and cash flow optimization for corporate clients.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance product features, digital capabilities, and user experience.
- Portfolio & Revenue Growth
- Develop pricing, interchange, and rebate models to optimize revenue streams.
- Leverage partnerships with networks, and payment processors to create competitive and differentiated offerings.
- Market & Client Engagement
- Understand market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to shape product direction.
- Conduct client workshops and engagement sessions to drive product awareness and adoption.
- Risk & Compliance Management
- Ensure products and processes comply with regulatory and riskrequirements across markets.
- Collaborate with credit risk and operations teams to enhance underwriting, fraud prevention, and dispute management frameworks.
- Technology & Innovation
- Work with technology teams to enhance digital capabilities.
- Champion AI, data analytics, and automationto drive insights, improve operational efficiency, and optimize customer experience.
Requirements:
- Experience: 10+ years in commercial cards, payments, transaction banking, or related financial services roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of commercial card products, B2B payments, and corporate banking solutions.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, P&L management, stakeholder engagement, and ability to drive innovation in a highly dynamic market.
- Regional Exposure: Experience in managing multi-market commercial card portfolios is preferred.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills to drive product initiatives across cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
