Are you an experienced culinary professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Full-Time Sous Chef who thrives in a high-paced, quality-driven kitchen and is passionate about leading and inspiring a team to deliver memorable dining experiences.
As Sous Chef, you will work alongside our Executive Chef and senior kitchen team to oversee the daily operations of our diverse culinary outlets, including restaurant, banquets, in-room dining, and events. Your focus will be on maintaining the highest food standards, managing service delivery, and mentoring junior chefs to grow within our kitchen brigade.
Salary & Benefits:
We are offering a competitive annual salary of $75,000 to $85,000 plus superannuation, based on skills and experience. This role provides a rewarding opportunity within a luxury hospitality environment, with scope for professional growth and recognition.
