The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

Demand & Performance planning

• Support operational performance tracking to help identify process improvement areas, improve efficiency, and maintain operational standards;
• Assist in gathering and analyzing data to support end-to-end (E2E) planning efforts with cross-functional teams;
• Contribute to monitoring key performance indicators and identifying potential areas for long-term improvement.

Operations Continuity Planning

• Coordinating planning activities during key commercial periods (e.g., monthly campaigns, holidays, special events);
• Support cross-functional communication during operational incidents to ensure timely information sharing and resolution.

Executive Reporting

• Maintain executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations on operational performance metrics;
• Translate operational data into clear visuals and summaries to support decision-making.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or have less than one year of experience in related fields;
• Preferably prior experience in operations, planning, or a data-driven role;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with data and extract useful insights;
• Experienced in using Microsoft Office or other tools for reporting & data analysis;
• Self-motivated and eager to learn; able to manage tasks independently with guidance;
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and adapting in a dynamic environment, with strong communication skills.
