More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Project Procurement Engineering in Apodaca with Signify.

  • Project management and supplier engagement.
  • Introduction of new products, procurement, supply chain development, and product cost development (short- and long-term).
  • Drives supplier & part selection in I2M.
  • Supports phase-in/phase-out planning related to NPI.
  • Identifies opportunities in new design process through early supplier involvement.
  • Ensures procurement related risks are controlled and mitigated.
  • Supports the negotiation teams with conceptual and fact-based information and opportunities to drive significant structural.
  • Cost reduction improvement.
  • Meets procurement savings cost targets.
  • Develops I2M/TCO cost roadmaps & linkage to margin management.

More about you

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (completed).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, ideally with a background in project management.
  • Experience or specialization in Supply Chain is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, with a particular ability to present effectively to senior stakeholders.
  • High energy and proactive mindset; capable of leading change and driving operational excellence.
  • Proficient in problem-solving methodologies such as 5 Whys, 8D, and Fault Tree Analysis.
  • Advanced or fluent spoken English is MANDATORY.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours across different time zones.
