Shift: 10:30 PM-7:00 AM

Hourly Rate: $19.39 an hour

  • Check production schedule, obtain paperwork and supplies required to perform the work and prepare for operations.
  • Assemble cleaned machine parts, inspect line for contamination and complete QC paperwork as required.
  • Notify Forklift drivers to deliver appropriate supplies and materials to the line as needed.
  • Set-up scale, start the line and make necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Set filler machine controls to proper settings according to work order and the product to be processed.
  • Monitor the filling of cans with product and other ingredients and monitor can sealer.
  • Fix jams, remove non-conforming cans and / or product and perform quality checks as required.
  • Breakdown and clean the machine parts at the end of the shift or when necessary.
  • At end of shift, secure all equipment, perform general housekeeping duties and complete all required paperwork.

  • Must be able to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and the safety regulations.
  • Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform the job.
  • Must be able to perform all job functions safely.
  • Must meet the company performance standards for the job.
  • Must participate in company orientation and training.
  • Must be able to follow instructions.
  • Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position.
