Assertive Community Treatment Services for Youth (Youth ACT)
The Youth ACT program serves youth ages 5-20 in Atlantic and Cape May Counties. The program provides intensive and immediate access to treatment services and supports in youth and family's home and community. A multidisciplinary mobile team is tailored to each youth and their family, and through a family centered approach will focus on crisis stabilization as well as assisting the youth with improving functioning and symptomology of mental health and emotional concerns. Interventions will assist with enhancing family functioning and overall stability in the family home.
Benefits
Salary: Starting at $70000 / annually - depending upon education / experience / licensure.
Hours: This is a 40 hour full time benefitted position which includes some evenings required.
Job Summary
Clinicians within this program will serve as a liaison between the program and the family to provide assessment, intervention, and treatment planning to the youth. Individual and family therapy is provided along with safety planning, facilitation of a multidisciplinary team, and systemic consultation.
