The Chief Client Office (CCO) is focused on providing a consistent Client Experience across all business lines and geographies, enabling enhanced Client Satisfaction, Revenue Growth and Business Line Success. The CCO function includes Sales, Partners, Relationship Management, Integration, Marketing & Communications and Sales Analytics & Operations.

The Impact you will have in this role:

The Integration Analyst works directly with clients and internal business partners to manage the implementation of the DTCC Solutions suite of products. The Integration Analyst will act as the primary point of contact for Client engagements while managing a project plan, and executing and overseeing all onboarding activities through "go- live" to ensure targeted completion dates are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of solution proposals, including technical specifications and cost estimations.
  • Continue to grow and build on knowledge about the company’s products, solutions, and related technologies.
  • Serve as the business analyst/project manager for each client engagement. Manage project scope and timeline to ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations.
  • Act as the primary client point of contact. Successfully engage in multiple client projects simultaneously. Communicate proactively and regularly with management regarding project updates.
  • Lead regular project status meetings with clients to provide project status updates as required in client contracts.
  • Support clients during client test activities. Monitor client progress during initial production rollout and successfully handover to Production Support teams.
  • Oversee or support transition to operations and support teams after project delivery.
  • Work with Senior team members to conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical documentation and support materials as needed for successful client implementation.
  • Support and execute on operational readiness activities and modernization exercise for various DTCC solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical problems and offer practical and innovative solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical jargon to diverse audiences.
  • Strong presentation skills with experience delivering compelling technical presentations to clients.
  • Proven ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and craft technical solutions that address their pain points.
  • Experience in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
  • Proficient in a second language is highly desirable.
