Le Labo fragrances was born in Grasse (France), raised in New York (USA) and offers artisanal genderless scented creations (fine perfumery, home fragrance as well as formulas for body, hair, and face). Le Labo stands for "the lab" in French: Each of our boutique’s function like an open laboratory designed as an entertainment park for the senses where people can take the time to smell and touch raw ingredients in order to awaken their olfactory system and trigger emotions. We freshly hand-blend our

Description

Le Labo is seeking an Associate, Web Operations to support the delivery of LE LABO’s Online Strategy success by assisting the LE LABO Ecommerce Project Manager in the day-to-day operations specifically in the area of ecommerce site content management. This role will work within our CMS platform and liaison internally with Le Labo teams, and externally with third-party vendors to action necessary front-end updates on the sites, delivering the optimal user experience.

This role is based in our Williamsburg, Brooklyn office.

OVERVIEW OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

40% CMS Management

• Communicates cross functionally for ongoing site content management of CMS pages and published finalized content to production.
• Prepares for key moments by coordinating cross-functionally and ensuring the site reflects relevant operational content and imagery.
• Acts as the main point of contact for ongoing day-to-day operational content updates.
• Communicates cross-functionally and externally with third-party vendors to collect content translations to support global sites

30% SITE USER EXPERIENCE

• Evaluates site content and identifies opportunities to refresh imagery to maintain a dynamic and current brand presence.
• Ensures the bilingual site features comprehensive translations for a meaningful experience across diverse global audiences.
• Collaborates with the Creative Team for specific asset requests and ensures deliverables meet site requirements.
• Partners with the Ecommerce Project Manager, Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager and the Creative Team in managing a complete product imagery refresh to enrich the site’s aesthetic appeal and to optimize ad performance.
• Manages a complete product description overhaul update.

30% TECHNOLOGY OPERATIONS

• Partners with the Ecommerce Project Manager in identifying content-related bugs and opportunities to fix or enhance components that will improve efficiency and functionality.
• Manages marketing launch dates to support Ecommerce Project Manager and Tech Agency in determining code push planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital or Interactive Media
• 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce or content management; beauty or lifestyle industry a plus.
• Familiar with CMS tools (e.g, Shopify, Wix, Magento, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft Office & Adobe Creative Suite
• Understanding of basic HTML, image formatting, SEO best practices.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proactive mindset; bringing enthusiasm and innovative solutions when navigating complex communication dynamics and streamlining inefficient processes
• Adept at managing multiple tasks concurrently, possessing strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrating the ability to propose efficient solutions to submitted requests
• Project Management or Information Design experiences a plus

Pay Range:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $66,300.00 to $93,250.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
