Join our team as a Growth Marketing Specialist and embark on a journey where no two days are the same. From crafting advertising campaigns to launching website updates to managing events, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our brand's narrative and growing our market presence.

As part of the Marketing team, you will help Tulip execute and optimize its marketing campaigns and event programs. You will work closely with the VP of Marketing to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This includes performing day-to-day system builds, deployment, maintenance, and configuration of Marketo, Wordpress, and other software in the MarTech Stack,. You will also own and manage events, both virtual and in-person. Working very closely with both the Sales and Marketing teams, you will contribute to process improvement projects to help drive team efficiencies.

This is an exciting opportunity where you’ll be exposed to multiple facets of marketing. Each project you work on will serve as a stepping stone in your journey toward becoming a well-rounded marketing expert.

What you will do:

ABM, Email and Social Media Marketing

  • Own and execute the campaign and promotional strategy for content and events
  • Oversee and implement email marketing including nurture program
  • Manage an account-based marketing (ABM) program, including account-based digital advertising campaigns, intent measurements, testing, optimizing and reporting
  • Manage and implement our social media strategy

Campaign Design, Project Management and Support

  • Organize, build, and launch acquisition and nurture marketing campaigns including webinars, resource downloads, and events through various channels including email, social, digital ads, website, and others
  • Act as project manager for campaigns, events and website update projects, working closely with Content, Design, Operations, and Sales teams.
  • Create and manage forms and form architecture.
  • Use templates to create and update landing pages and thank you pages in WordPress (Marketo form embeds).
  • Set-up and report on A/B tests.

Administration and Collaboration

  • Support the management and administration of our Marketo instance, including streamlining and monitoring existing flows, data integrity, hygiene, performance monitoring, and user administration.
  • Manage contact database, including segmentation and list management.
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations to ensure Marketo and Salesforce work seamlessly together
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and outside vendors on operational tasks for marketing campaigns, owning relationships when necessary.
  • Provide oversight of campaigns to make sure all campaigns are being completed on time and that the task process flows seamlessly across the team.

Events Management

  • Lead event management.
  • Follow-up on and process the event information afterwards.

Continual Improvement

  • Serve as resource for other team members and support other initiatives when needed
  • Continually learn, research, recommend, and implement marketing best practices.
  • Attribution, Metrics, and Reporting
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team members to optimize lead scoring and ensure accuracy across all channels, programs, and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the set-up, refinement, and ongoing measurements of key KPIs across different marketing channels and initiatives.
  • Manage dashboards and provide regular metrics updates.

What you bring:

  • 2+ years in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree minimum.
  • Hands-on experience managing marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity working with Google online marketing SaaS products (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DFA, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Marketo, Jira, Zoom, 6Sense a plus.
  • Experience in application of landing pages best practices and CRO.
  • ABM experience a big plus
  • Working knowledge of Drupal CMS, HTML, and CSS a plus.
  • Visual ad design/creation experience a plus.
  • Strong project management skills: ability to juggle multiple projects, organize and prioritize, and respond quickly to changes (agency experience a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort breaking down and attacking open ended problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills used to build strong relationships inside and out of the organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal and interpersonal.
  • Sharp attention to detail and ability to manage tasks.
  • Desire to be a digital thought leader and influencer to the growth and culture of a unique experiential business.
