Job Overview
Join our team in "Doing the Most Good" as Director of Rehabilitation Services (DRS). This leadership role is entrusted with the strategic development and oversight of our rehabilitation program, ensuring its effectiveness, integrity, and alignment with The Salvation Army's mission and values. You'll provide comprehensive oversight of staff, program coordination, and community engagement to advance program objectives and spiritual impact.
Pay Rate: $55,000-60,000/Year
Status: Full Time, Exempt
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership
- Provide visionary leadership in program development and supervision
- Evaluate program effectiveness and adapt plans as needed
- Chair rehabilitation staff and grant meetings
- Oversee beneficiary orientation and program standards
- Manage center's activity schedule and staffing
- Provide individual and group counseling
- Assess spiritual needs and facilitate referrals
- Collaborate on work therapy assignments
Administrative Management
- Oversee administrative tasks and documentation
- Monitor electronic beneficiary files and data entry
- Prepare comprehensive program reports
- Participate in budget preparation and monitoring
- Manage program expenditures
Staff Development & Supervision
- Recruit, train, and supervise program team
- Provide training on TSA ARC Program policies
- Manage staffing schedules and timecard approvals
- Conduct regular staff reviews
- Supervise Internship Training Program
Community Engagement
- Build relationships with community agencies
- Foster appropriate referral networks
- Promote Salvation Army mission and values
- Develop strategic partnerships
Qualifications
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field
- Two years Social Work experience
- Two years administrative experience in addiction services
- Valid Driver's License
- Personal Christian testimony/experience
- Commitment to Christian principles
