Join Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as a Digital Strategy and Deployment, Senior Analyst and participate in the establishment of our global Digital Strategy. You'll join up with our GBS functions to ensure that world-class digital landscape is implemented in line with our growth mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with GBS functions and IT teams to support the development and execution of digital transformation strategies.
  • Translate digital roadmaps into actionable plans and support the delivery of projects that align with business objectives.
  • Assist in identifying, evaluating, and implementing digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Work in an agile environment, supporting initiatives that drive meaningful change across global shared services.
  • Facilitate the rollout and adoption of innovative solutions, ensuring end-users are equipped for success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Finance and Customer Operations teams to understand evolving needs and co-develop effective solutions.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language for a variety of customers.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in digital transformation, business analysis, or process improvement within a global or matrix organization.
  • Practical knowledge of automation technologies such as ERP systems, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), AI.
  • Growth mindset and active participation in a strong team
  • Collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across departments and geographies.
  • Demonstrable experience supporting or participating in digital projects from design through to implementation.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working in agile, shared services, or multi-functional environments.
  • Ability to align work with Key Performance Indicators and support business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a shared services or global operational setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with finance and customer operations processes.
  • A proactive mindset, with strong critical thinking and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and digital innovation.
