We are looking for a full-time Supply Chain Excellence Manager DACH (m/f/d) in Munich at the earliest possible date
Your responsibilities:
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying and implementing opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within the supply chain.
- Digitalization and Automation: Leveraging technology and automation to enhance supply chain processes and decision-making.
- Transportation and Logistics: Managing the collaboration with our transportation partners and distribution hubs in terms of service quality, speed and reliability.
- Performance Management: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring supply chain performance against targets.
- Customer needs and Customer collaboration: Coaching and developing the Supply Chain Management skills of our talents in Customer Care
- Leading the Supply Chain Backoffice Team (Operational functions: Claims, Returns, Transportation, Employee Stores Switzerland)
Qualifications
Your profile:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in supply chain management, logistics, transportation: ideally also in demand and supply planning, customer care and procurement.
- Experience in project management.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant supply chain software and tools.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the Supply Chain of ELC
