ABOUT THE ROLE
Honeywell is currently recruiting for a Sr HSE Engineer to join the team in Shreveport, LA.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing HSE support for UOP manufacturing facility, partnering with cross-functional facility teams and leaders. You will provide support to operational teams and conduct various Health, Safety, and Environmental related activities to ensure regulatory and company requirement compliance.
You will interact with employees and supervisors to coach on HSE issues. Influence plant personnel to improve HSE standards through use of standard work, Gembas, rapid problem solving, and visual management.
You will report to the site HSE Manager and work at the Shreveport facility in person.
