Location: Williston, VT | Pay Rate: $32.17 - $40.20/hour | Schedule: 8am - 4:30pm - Mon-Fri

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter With Driving to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts within the distribution sector. This is more than just a recruiting role—it’s your chance to shape the workforce behind one of the most vital industries in the economy. You’ll partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and occasionally travel between locations to ensure staffing needs are met quickly and effectively.

Role Summary

As a Recruiter With Driving, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for both exempt and non-exempt roles across various locations. This position requires the ability to manage multiple requisitions, build community relationships, and provide strategic hiring recommendations—all while navigating a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, recommending, and closing candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements
• Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage requisitions through our Automated Employment (AE) system
• Utilize innovative sourcing methods to build robust talent pipelines
• Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications against position requirements
• Conduct interviews and provide hiring recommendations
• Ensure compliance with Affirmative Action Plans, and monitor selection activity
• Establish and maintain local community partnerships to expand candidate reach
• Travel locally, using a personal vehicle, to attend recruitment events or support hiring needs at multiple company locations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional recruiting experience
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines independently
• Demonstrated success managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access
• Willingness and ability to travel locally using a personal vehicle as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Experience recruiting in the logistics, distribution, or manufacturing industries

Pay Details: $32.17 to $40.20 per hour
